TDB partners with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) to provide Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and call center services for six call center locations throughout the nation. TDB-trained CSRs assist VHA beneficiaries with program eligibility reviews, appointment scheduling, and outbound reminder calls. As the VHA’s program needs have evolved, TDB has been able to provide flexible coverage schedules that better serve the program’s beneficiaries—our nation’s veterans.

FOIA/PA Case Backlog Elimination

TDB helped U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and Customs and Border Protection divisions to process a backlog of over 100,000 Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act cases. During contract service, our TDB support personnel delivered a notable 98% first-time processing acceptable quality level. TDB contracted with the Department of Homeland Security to deliver a production-based, fixed-pricing approach on this project—making it simpler and more accurate to estimate project costs.

TRAINING

Online Desk Procedure eLearning Training Development

This multi-year contract required TDB to develop eLearning Platforms and Online Desk Procedures for use by over 400 VA employees working with the CHAMPVA program and the Non-VA Medical Care Program Office (NNPO). Our TDB Content Specialists and eLearning Developers standardized over 600 desk procedures and converted them to online training modules so that employees could be trained more easily and efficiently than before.

TDB assisted the Department of the Interior by providing personnel to deliver technical and administrative services at sites in Boise, Phoenix, Atlanta, Anchorage and Antarctica. Benefits Administration

TDB has provided financial support services to GSA Region 6’s Financial and Payroll Services Division (BCE). This multi-year contract provides Accounting Clerks and Scanning Technicians to support the expansion of the BCE’s Child Care Subsidy Program, which serves over 9,000 Army families.
