Terry D. Bryan

Co-Founder

Co-Founder and former CEO, Terry D. Bryan was a leader in the telecommunications industry for over 30 years. Prior to founding TDB, he served as a key officer at three major telecom companies, including Kansas-based Sprint.

Prior to launching his career, Terry served as a United States Marine in Vietnam, where he was wounded in action. He was awarded the Purple Heart and the Presidential Unit Citation.

Terry’s time in the U.S. Marines left a deep impression on him and he remains actively involved in improving veteran’s lives through several initiatives. He has served as a member of the Advisory Board of Directors for the Association for Service Disabled Veterans (ASDV). In addition, he is proud that TDB has adopted a veterans-first hiring philosophy to benefit service members seeking employment.

As Co-Founder & CEO of TDB, Terry was an engaged, hands-on leader who was committed to supporting his clients and employees. However, perhaps Terry’s most appreciated leadership trait was his approachability and readiness to listen. He always said, “People deserve to talk to people,” and he followed through on that motto by making himself accessible to clients and employees alike. To any who needed him, he was always just a phone call away.

Education: MBA, Executive Fellows Program, Rockhurst University.
